I love cookbooks, always have. There's nothing better for my pieces to be put to work and used for lovely meals and dining. Cookbooks are an opportunity to show beautiful and appetizing food on them.
This is a new cookbook by Avigail Meislik. Simply Good - cooking for Shabat. Styling and photos by Shoshi Sirkis . Danny books Publishing. This year it's the 20th anniversary of Pardes Hana Karkur's open house event. Every spring, for 3 days, more than 100 artists display and sell their work. Houses, studios and blooming gardens are popping with art, food and music. 23rd-25th of March. Y'all are invited ! Feel free to contact me for information. My friend Maya and I have worked on quite a few projects together. She's a super intelligent-talented-creative and fun person to work with. She's a stylist with lots of art and design experience, so many times when we're having coffee and brainstorming, we can speak in code and know what the other one means... Maya has worked mostly as a food stylist but over the years, has moved more to industrial and private interiors. She has been complimented as being a stylist with a curator's eye.
